www.ninacovaci.com sells high quality products. These products carry a warranty as per the legal provisions regarding liability for the quality of the delivered products.
We guarantee the quality of our products, on the condition that the usage, maintenance, storage, preservation and transport are all fully respected.
Nina Covaci Malta does not sell products which are second-hand, defective or of lower quality than the applicable market standards.
The prices of products sold by Nina Covaci Malta include 18% Maltese local VAT.
How Do I place an order?
Navigate the website, study the original unique outfits and prices and then add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
While within the shopping cart you can make amendments to the selected products: you can change quantities or remove products. When you have finished selecting products and quantities, click "Place Order".
Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal.
For Malta, if the Pick Up In-Store, with Offline Payment option, is selected then the payment must be provided not later than the next working day or the order will be canceled. No reservations or try-on allowed. No cash refunds are given after an order is confirmed.

After you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation text message that will include information regarding your order.
To cancel your order, please send an email with the order number and information regarding the order to firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are processed Monday thru Sunday between 9 am and 7 pm. Estimated delivery time is betwen 2-4 days.
What is your return policy?
Should you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at email@example.com or via phone at +(356) 99339939 to begin the return process. After we have received and verified your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Currently, orders placed online must be returned to Nina Covaci Malta, Birkirkara, Naxxar Road 81, Malta.
The cost of return transport is the responsibility of the buyer. If you made a purchase online using PayPal or Credit Card and are returning your item to Nina Covaci store, you will receive a Credit Note for the refund amount.
- Products may be returned within 10 days of delivery
- The tag must still be attached to the products; they must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the original documents
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, modified or washed
- In order to return a product you must notify us first via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at: +(00356) 9933993
- Upon receiving the returned products, Nina Covaci Malta reserves the right to refuse a return when the merchandise does not correspond to the return policy
- Please allow 2-4 business days for processing returned products.
