Online Orders Return Policy
We aim to ensure every Nina Covaci purchase meets your expectations. However, if you wish to return an item, please review the policy below.
Refunds
Items returned within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
For postal or courier returns, proof of shipping must be provided via email within this 48-hour period. Refunds are processed following an internal inspection of the returned products and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges and Credit Notes
Items may be exchanged once only within 14 days of delivery, or a credit note may be issued, valid for six months.
Please note:
Exchanged items are not eligible for further return.
Any remaining balance after an exchange will be issued as a credit note, with no cash refunds.
Only international orders qualify for a digital credit note, issued after the return items are received and inpected. Proof of shipping must also be provided within 14 days of delivery for international orders for a refund or a Digital Credit Note to be issued.

The cost of return transport remains the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued only after the returned products have been received and approved.
Important Information
Online orders cannot be collected from the store. Deliveries and returns are managed by an authorised third-party courier service.
Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in accordance with their terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any online order placed for the same item in multiple sizes, in which case a full refund will be provided.
We also reserve the right to cancel any online order at our discretion, ensuring a full refund to the customer.
Return Conditions
The original tag must remain attached.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Merchandise that has been worn, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
All returns must first be notified via email at contact@ninacovaci.com.
Nina Covaci reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once your return has been received.
