RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
You will be entitled to a refund, back to the initial payment method, if the item is returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
For Returns by Post or Courier Service, a shipping confirmation needs to be provided as well in 48 hours from delivery via email, for a refund to be issued. Please note that a refund can take between 5-10 days to be credited back to your account.
- An item can also be EXCHANGED with something else if returned within 14 days from the date of DELIVERY, or a Credit Note can be issued, valid for 6 months. This applies to orders outside Malta as well, a shipping confirmation needs to be provided within 14 days from delivery, in this case a digital Credit Note will be issued, valid for 6 months, witch can be issued for online purchases.
Refunds are being issued only after a close inspection on the returned products is performed.
Should you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at contact@ninacovaci.com to begin the return process.
After we have received and verified your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Currently, orders placed online must be returned to our store in Birkirkara, Naxxar Road 81.
The cost of return transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
IMPORTANT:
- FOR ONLINE ORDERS, ITEMS CAN NOT BE PICKED UP FROM THE STORE!
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER MADE ON THE SAME ITEM IN 2 OR MORE SIZES! PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED!
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM:

- The tag must be attached to the product;

- The product must be unused;

- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, modified, or washed;

- Nina Covaci reserves the right to refuse a return when the products do not correspond to the RETURN POLICY.
