RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

You will be entitled to a refund, back to the initial payment method, if the item is returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

For Returns by Post or Courier Service, shipping confirmation needs to be provided as well within 48 hours of delivery via email, for a refund to be issued. Please note that a refund can take between 5-10 days to be credited back to your account. 

 

An item can also be EXCHANGED with something else if returned within 14 days from the date of DELIVERY, or a Credit Note can be issued, valid for 6 months. In case any difference is left in the amount a Credit Note will be issued as well, with no cash back. This applies to orders outside Malta, a shipping confirmation needs to be provided within 14 days from delivery, in this case, a digital Credit Note will be issued, valid for 6 months, which can be issued for online purchases.

Refunds are issued only after a close inspection of the returned products is performed.

Currently, orders placed online must be returned to our store in Birkirkara, Naxxar Road 81. 

The cost of return transport is the responsibility of the buyer.

- FOR ONLINE ORDERS, ITEMS CAN NOT BE PICKED UP FROM STORE! The pickup and delivery of the online order is facilitated by a third-party entity duly authorized to manage deliveries in accordance with legal protocols.

- CREDIT NOTES CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH AND MUST BE USED AS PER THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER MADE ON THE SAME ITEM IN 2 OR MORE SIZES! PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED!

-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ONLINE ORDER AT OUR DISCRETION, WITHOUT PROVIDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHILE ENSURING A FULL REFUND!

 

WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM:

  1. - The tag must be attached to the product.

  2. - The product must be unused.

  3. - We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, modified, or washed.

  4. - To return a product you must notify us first via email at contact@ninacovaci.com 

  5. - Nina Covaci reserves the right to refuse a return when the products do not correspond to the RETURN POLICY.

  6. - Please allow 2-4 business days for processing returned products.
