Nina Covaci Malta reserves the right to make any and all changes without giving prior notice.

The clothing's available at  www.ninacovaci.com are sold by Nina Covaci Malta, located in Birkirkara, 81 Naxxar Road, Malta. VAT No.: MT24779310. 

www.ninacovaci.com sells high quality products. These products carry a warranty as per the legal provisions regarding liability for the quality of the delivered products.

We guarantee the quality of our products, on the condition that the usage, maintenance, storage, preservation and transport are all fully respected.

Nina Covaci Malta does not sell products which are second-hand, defective or of lower quality than the applicable market standards.

The prices of products sold by Nina Covaci Malta include 18% Maltese local VAT.

How Do I place an order?

IMPORTANT: FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, ITEMS CAN NOT BE PICKED UP FROM THE SHOP!

Navigate the website,  study the outfits and prices and then add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
While within the shopping cart you can make amendments to the selected products: you can change quantities or remove products. When you have finished selecting products and quantities, click "Place Order".

Payment:

Payment can be made via Credit Card, BOV Mobile or PayPal.

For Malta only, if the "Offline Payment" option is selected then the payment must be provided via BOV MObile or the order will be canceled. No reservations or try-on allowed.

Refund can be issued, back to the initial payment method, if the item is returned not later than 48 hours from delivery.

If you have any problems in placing your orders online, please contact Customer Service at contact@ninacovaci.com, Monday - Saturday, between 9 am - 7 pm, GMT +2.

Order status

After you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information regarding your order.

To cancel your order, please send an email with the order number and information regarding the order to contact@ninacovaci.com

Orders are processed Monday - Saturday between 9 am and 7 pm. Estimated delivery time is betwen 1-3 days.

What is your return policy?

Should you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at contact@ninacovaci.com to begin the return process. After we have received and verified your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Currently, orders placed online must be returned to Nina Covaci Malta, Birkirkara, Naxxar Road 81, Malta. 

 

The cost of return transport is the responsibility of the buyer. You will be entitled to a refund, back to the initial payment method, if the item is returned in 48 hours from delivery. An item can be also exchanged if returned in 14 days, or a Credit Note can be issued, valid 1 year.

Return Policy:​

  1. - The tag must still be attached to the products; they must be unused, in their original packaging, with all the original documents

  2. - We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, modified or washed

  3. - In order to return a product you must notify us first via email at contact@ninacovaci.com 

  4. - Upon receiving the returned products, Nina Covaci Malta reserves the right to refuse a return when the merchandise does not correspond to the return policy

  5. - Please allow 2-4 business days for processing returned products.
